Rebecca Morris is 22 years old and from North Yorkshire, she has put together a celebrity recipe book to raise awareness and funds for the charity Shine.

One of the celebrities who kindly responded was Richard Bonneville Williams, known professionally as Hugh Bonneville, English stage, film, television and radio actor. He is most well known for starring in the ITV hit television series Downton Abbey. Hugh has kindly shared his recipe for “Nanny’s Sponge Cake“.
