Shine supporter, Rebecca Morris wants members of the Shine community to contact her with their favourite recipes - Do you have one?
Becky is writing a recipe book to raise money for Shine and as part of the project, is looking to include several from people who are part of the Shine community.
Commenting, Becky explained:
"I have decided to try to put together a celebrity recipe book to raise much needed awareness and funds for SHINE: Spina bifida • Hydrocephalus • Information • Networking • Equality , a charity very close to my heart because of the support I have been given after a diagnosis of intercranial hypertension (IH)."
Becky is also keen to include personal information about those who are chosen.
Already, Becky has a large selection of celebrity contributors, including; Ben Ainsley – Crab Linguine, Antonio Carluccio – Baked Courgette, Eamonn Holmes – Champ, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston – Potato Curry, Phil Packer MBE – Jamie’s Summertime Tagliarini, Rick Stein – Steamed mussels, tomato and tarragon, Baroness Grey Thompson DBE – Spicy Chicken Stir Fry, Beth Twedle – Turkey Chili, Carol Vorderman – Chestnut and vegetable burgers and Hannah White – Bake cod and garlic mayo.
