Belfast Marathon Runners – Do It for Shine!

 

The Belfast Marathon is a run every year in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The marathon takes place on Monday 7th May 2012 and has been held since 1982. This year organizers expect to attract over 20,000 race participants!

The race is now divided into several categories: men's, ladies', relay, veteran's and wheelchair.

The route will remain the same as the 2011 event; starting at the City Hall and finishing at Ormeau Park.

David Donaghey (pictured) from Strabane, ran the Belfast Marathon for Shine last year + raised a cracking £1300!
